7 April 2020
Dear Church,
I pray that we are doing fine by God’s grace with the greater challenges in front and ahead of us.
We move up to a new level of challenge because of the rising number of cases of infection by the virus, which is ”The Circuit Breaker Stage.” We understand the implications involved for everyone’s safety. So we uphold the Government’s instructions with greater care.
In line with the new level of precautions, let me update you on the appropriate ministry set up we will make:
1. Regular Sunday Worship. Still ongoing but will be streamed from the homes instead of the church. Our production ministry is setting up how we can do this effectively. The worship is the same time at 10:30 AM along with the Children’s Sunday School in their respective places.
2. Care Cell Group (CCG). Still ongoing with the Book of Romans, but now through online group study which we had set up via available internet resources and apps.
3. Corporate Prayer Meeting. We will continue on the midweek, Thursday, after the Holy Week. This will be streamed live at our Facebook Page.
4. Prayer and Counselling. Any personal concern for private prayer and counseling, you can message me via Hand Phone, WhatsApp or Messenger (also, to your CCG Leaders).
The times are unprecedented. We rely on our God who is carrying us through by the Spirit. As Christ’s body, let’s keep praying for one another, and help one another when needed as we also help others.
Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers. Galatian 6:9-10
God bless us and stay safe under His mighty power!
